Welcome to SoCal IP Institute.

SoCal IP Institute is SoCal IP Law Group’s education and public interest arm. Nearly every week, we host a round table to discuss the latest court decisions, statute changes, and procedural changes in intellectual property. SoCal IP Institute frequently features outside speakers from foreign IP law firms and academia. The public interest activities of SoCal IP Institute include participation in Supreme Court’s IP cases, as well as important cases before other courts, and participating in the legislative and rule making processes to help ensure that the IP system servers its important public policy goals. SoCal IP Institute also serves as a resource of information about important developments in IP law.
