In re Stanley Brothers Social Enterprises, LLC, 2020 U.S.P.Q.2d 10658 (T.T.A.B.2020)(available here)

Stanley Brothers applied for a federal trademark registration for a product containing CBD. The USPTO rejected the application arguing that to receive a registration applicant must show a lawful use of a product in commerce.
